Battery steel shell is a new type of energy storage material
The battery steel shell produced by our company is a new type of energy storage material. The raw materials of the products are all imported from Japan, and the raw materials are purchased from Japan's cold-rolled steel coil standard JIS3141. It has been widely used in batteries such as nickel-metal hydride and nickel-cadmium. At present, it mainly produces round SC, D type, A, AA, AAA and other models. The square lithium battery series products, the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the products, as well as the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy, are recognized by the battery factories at home and abroad.
These products are also resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. At room temperature 25±5, the shell was immersed in a density of 1.3 potassium hydroxide solution for 7 days or a high temperature of 80±5, and the shell was immersed in a density of 1.3 potassium hydroxide solution for 8 hours without peeling and rusting. The shell was placed in a test chamber at a high temperature of 25 ± 5 and a relative temperature of 85% or more, and the coating was free from rust. The manufacturer has a good reflection after use and is an ideal energy storage material for the 21st century.
